Stone CNC Bits Using

-the Experience Talking

Based on the understanding and research of the industry, we learn some useful lessons for CNC bits use as below:

LESSON:

1.    Guarantee stable working voltage 380V, the floating up or down not over ±10%.

2.    Spindle rotating speed can NOT lower 18000rpm.

3.    If cutter breaks, take it away first, even some broken parts. Or it will cause the second tools break. And then, replace a new suitable cutting bit.

4.    The quality of your stone machine tools.

(1)  If the stability of your machinery is not good, which caused shake during engraving, then router bits break is very normal.

(2)  The quality of lead rail is also one of factors. To save money, some companies select and use round rail, or poorer quality square rail. If the gap between rails is bigger, it can also cause milling cutters shake.

(3)  The dynamic balance of spindle motor is not good. (this situation rarely happens generally)

(4)  The quality of the collet. A bigger error will also cause dynamic unbalance.

5.    CNC bits use method:

As usual, the abnormal end mill damage is because of the following several points:

               i.  Incorrect use of end mills.

ii.  Plunge rate is too fast. (According to different working materials, it should keep between 200 and 350).

iii.  Instant acceleration is too hard.

             iv.  Cooling water insufficient controls.

              v.  If you make 3D relief sculpturing, the first cut must be very slow.
